Brady came to Boulder in 2004 and has been selling homes since 2010. Her business background makes her excellent at protecting buyer’s interests during the negotiation and closing process. As your buyer’s agent, she bargains with the seller on the selling price, facilitates the home inspection, negotiates contingencies and assists you through the closing process.

Originally from Southern California, Karen has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years and over 10 years in Colorado. She is Brian’s right hand but also helps buyer and sellers with their real estate needs. She has a team mentality from many years of paying soccer which has carried over into our team approach at the Sundberg Group.
Danny has been skillfully navigating his clients through the buying and selling process for the past ten years. Being a colorado native has allowed Danny to have an expansive territory that he’s able to guide clients through. He not only has a pulse on Boulder county, but much more of the surrounding areas as well, which allows him to help individuals and families find just the right home and location. Whether it be a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, Danny’s unwavering commitment to his clients, as well as his own experience owning an array of investment properties, helps provide an enjoyable, knowledgeable, and honest home buying process. Outside of work Danny enjoys good food, golfing, camping, and traveling with his wife and dogs.
