    A professional, third-party inspection will tell you if there are major or minor repairs that should be addressed, we want you to know exactly what you’re buying!

  • Get An Appraisal

    The bank sends in an independent 3rd party to give their opinion of value based on comparable sold properties. If your purchase price is in line with the market value then the lender will move toward closing.


    A commitment to lend a specific amount of money is provided by the Lender when all underwriting requirements have been fulfilled.


    Final paperwork is signed by both parties and once disbursement of funds are made, you get the keys to your new home!
